The Teaching & Mentoring Effectiveness Committee (TMEC) brings together faculty and academic leaders from across Duke Kunshan University to guide the development of a shared framework for teaching and mentoring effectiveness.
The committee’s work is grounded in DKU’s distinctive educational context and informed by faculty perspectives, educational research, and established frameworks for effective teaching, mentoring, and advising.
